You're right, the mail from comment #2 did not make it to the list.
Unfortunately, savannah seems to have this problem since some months...

The patch looks good. And the fix is good enough for me ;-) Although I'd love
to have an example for a good implementation with lwIP, even if we cannot
implement it because of not having the crypto functions at hand: I'm afraid
that people are just too lazy to write something on their own...?
