[Lightweight C++] compiling with tcc

I think you need to be careful with using c++ style comments.
Although lwc doesn't yet run properly when compiled with "tcc" it still 
will compile.

If I weren't quite so busy with work and personal life issues I'd be all 
over the alloca deal with.

I notice that lwc already departs with c++ regarding scoping ('::'). 
I'm guessing this might only one of many departures from c++.
