Hi Andreas,

Check the test in bin/Ltibutils.pm is valid in the copy you have,
currently it is:

'rpm-build'      => sub { `rpmbuild --version 2>/dev/null` },

So to pass this test, you must have the rpmbuild executable on your 
system.   On Ubuntu
this is in the rpm package and for Fedora etc I think its in rpmbuild.

So for Ubuntu/Debian: sudo apt-get install rpm
