[Loco-dev] Important changes in the CVS

Hallo,
today I introduced grave changes in the CVS. I put the source files for libloco
into the subdir loco, the sources for loco-msg are in clients (this is where
other generic frontends will go) and there is a dir doc, where the documentation
resides. To build this checkout or update from CVS as usual, go to the top
source directory and type:
       $ aclocal
       $ autoconf
       $ autoheader
       $ automake -a
       $ ./configure
       $ make
This will create all the needed file and compile the lib the progam and the
documentation. It is also possible to run 
       $ make install
At http://savannah.gnu.org/download/loco/ there is also a tarball package for
download. 

I have updated the Tasks section, please tell me what you think, what is
missing.
