 Thanks for confirming this, I'll try to prepare the PR with wx update and
(minimal) changes to icon_monger.?pp a.s.a.p., there are just a few more
things I'd like to finish in wx to finally declare high DPI support in it
ready for the release.

 And, just to avoid writing another reply, let me mention here that I'll
check the libpng warning and fix or suppress it and ensure that wx
submodule update includes png sub-submodule update -- but I'll confirm this
in the other thread separately when it's done.
