I hope we can abandon gcc-4.9 and just use 6.3 for lmi: 6.3 seems to
work perfectly well in a cygwin VM here, and we'll soon know whether
that means it works in the office as well (as it certainly should).

Is there a scheduled release date for wx-3.1.1? It would be good for
us to test it with lmi beforehand. I don't know how rigorously we can
test it, because it's vacation season, but we'll do what we can.
Should we start now, or do you know of any problems that would affect
lmi and are still being worked on?
