[lmi] System crashes with invalid input using input sequence GUI

Payments tab
Select ellipsis for 'Individual payment'
Change 'until maturity' to 'until age'
Select 'Add' button

There is clearly an input validation error occurring,
but the system crashes when the diagnostic appears.
This occurs with at least three other fields that use
input sequences (I didn't test them all), so it's 
likely a global problem.

It'd be cleaner if it behaved similar to:

  File | New | Illustration
  Payments tab  Select ellipsis for 'Individual payment'
- Change 'until maturity' to 'until age'
+ Change 'until maturity' to 'until retirement'
  Select 'Add' button

I recently upgraded to the newest wx for testing, but
I don't believe that was the culprit. I tested a release
from March 2014 and this problem existed then.
