I'll soon commit some refinements to ensure that, after a deletion, the new
selection is visible; and to fix this issue:

  File | New | Census
  Census | Add cell
  Ctrl-left_click to unselect the newly-added cell
  Census | Delete cells
messagebox:
  "Confirm deletion"
  "Irrevocably delete 0 of 2 cells?"
  Yes
...segfault on 'erasures.front()'.
