This one really is needed. Without it, this part of
InputSequenceEntry::UponOpenEditor() doesn't work:
std::string const name(GetName().c_str());
const datum_sequence* ds =
member_cast<datum_sequence>(input->operator[](name));
LMI_ASSERT(ds);
Clicking on "..." fails the assertion without the reconstitutor<>:
Cannot cast from 'payment_sequence Input::*' to 'datum_sequence'.
