Our priority is to focus on customer support, because our
community can answer some questions on this list.
However, I think that I have an idea about what is causing the
problem.
I see in the database two different accounts, one with your phone
number, and one named "davidmannbros".
Your phone account has an error with the confirmation key
apparently.
How did you create your accounts? Can you describe the process
(only with linphone-desktop, linphone-android, website)?
Maybe for the server, the fact the you are activating your
account "davidmannbros" with a phone number already used with
another account is causing trouble...

Sorry for the belated reply.
Please verify that you have disabled battery
saving for Linphone (it could cause issues with push
notifications).
I'm not sure with starting at phone startup.
Please provide us logs if you can, that
would help a lot.
