Sorry for the belated reply.
Please verify that you have disabled battery saving for Linphone (it could cause issues with push notifications).
I'm not sure with starting at phone startup.
Please provide us logs if you can, that would help a lot.

Hello, I am using linphone on an Samsung cell phone with Android 9 installed. Once Linphone is started it works fine until the phone is set to standby. I have activated background mode and starting at phone startup in advanced options. Both of them doesn't work for me. In phone standby mode Linphone does not receive incoming calls and it does not start with phone startup.
