That's not always possible.  Sometimes an annoying app is the only app
that accompanies a piece of hardware and you don't know that it's
annoying until you are committed to the hardware purchase.  And
sometimes that piece of hardware is unique enough that you are forced
to use it.

There are situations where you are forced to use annoying apps, such as
wanting to participate in a community that uses such an app.

Those are just a couple of examples, where choice is not always
possible.
