Have you consulted the web page at <http://www.microsip.ORG/issues> ???
This issue should be raised with the MicroSIP client support team who state
"We can not guaranty fast answer.
Your question will be queued, may be on long time."
Most importantly, why have you not tried connecting to sip.linphone.org
with the *LINPHONE* client?
