Hi Stefano,
I confirm that we reproduce that issue on our side. The problem seems coming from our support of WASAPI which is the Windows sound API that Linphone used by default. An issue has been opened on our private bug tracker.
As a workaround, you can use WINSND instead of WASAPI by changing the default capture sound card in settings. You may also change the default playback and ring sound cards to be consistent.

Btw. I didn’t mention yet that it’s not only appearing when transmitting music, but also when having normal conversations. So far, I have only tested direct connections (without SIP server involved).
Any hint is appreciated.
