Hello Sylvain,

I only see, in multimedia settings, a box to activate or deactivate echo 
cancellation. (Linphone 3.6.1 on archlinux)

Please, confirm to me there is not any kind of echo cancellation working 
when this box is not set.

And no icon "gear" to access settings...
