If you are using the packages at

https://launchpad.net/~linphone/+archive/release

we added dependencies for specific library binaries to the 'linphone' and 'linphone-nox' packages with

liblinphone4 (=${binary:Version}), libmediastreamer1 (=${binary:Version}), libortp8 (=${binary:Version})

Let's hope that does the trick.

all linphone3.3 packages all but missed libortp8) should be added to the
