[Linphone-users] How to compile Linphone 3.31

Hi,

I attempted to compile Linphone 3.31. I started by ./configure, the  last lines indicate some errors:

checking for intltool-update... no
checking for intltool-merge... no
checking for intltool-extract... no
configure: error: The intltool scripts were not found. Please install intltool.

What does that means? How to fix and where are the compilation instructions?
