Hello Shamiel.

Which version of Linphone are you using and on which platform/OS (mobile/android, desktop/windows) ?

This is very difficult to know where your issue could come from.

Have you observed it only with Linphone and not on other softphones ?

I don't have much time to help you but you could look at the latency/bandwidth between callee and caller, and check that you don't see "we are late" logs from the app (which could indicate that the call ticker is getting late).

If you seek commercial help from voice quality specialists of our team, you can ask our commercial team here (click on "Contact Us" and fill out our typeforms).

Hi Everyone

We have been using Linphone in our company for the past few years and we very happy with the product 😊

We are currently running version4.3.2

On an Asterisk based PABX.

I have been getting complaints from users saying that people cannot hear them but they can hear their clients perfectly.

After doing some test I notice that the user with the above problem when making calls has a degraded voice, almost Robotic.

Please advise if you have picked this up in the past and please share your Opinion and fixes.

Will be greatly appreciate

Regards

Shamiel  - Linphone User
