Hi, on line 707 of configure.ac of mediastreamer2.git master, "pkg-
config" is invoked by name. When cross compiling, it's often the case
that a ${target}-pkg-config must be used instead.
If instead of using "pkg-config" as a literal value, the script used
${PKG_CONFIG} (which is set by PKG_PROG_PKG_CONFIG), then that would
resolve the issue.
