[Linphone-developers] Android - Start wizard on notification "click" if not accounts configured.

Hello,

I'm trying to get Linphone to start wizard if the user select the notification but there is no accounts setup.

Currently if the user selects the notification Linphone will show the dialpad but the user can't make calls.

Any ideas?
