I am having similar issues. The amr dependency lib has two versions. The latest 
compiles fine on Mingw and produces dlls but has missing functions. The 
previous version has those functions but doesn't compile to dlls (only static 
libs) so I cannot use it to compile the plugin? Any ideas? Thanks.
