[Linphone-developers] proxy registration messages

Currently proxy registration messages
are sent using the display_status callback
in virtual table.

I find this to be too restrictive as with
the console-based interface I'd like to handle
this in a proxy management code.

For friends management this is already possible
as the vtable provides notify_recv and
new_unknown_suscriber

Generally speaking the coreapi should not enforce
UI semantics in its interface (IMHO).
