[Linphone-developers] linphonec and -t switch

I'm cleaning up the linphonec code, but have
a question: what is expected by the -t switch
exactly ?

Help string says:
  -t      enable auto terminate on process end

But shouldn't this be the default ?
Also, is it possible at all to keep a call active
after process end ?
