Hi, Craig,

hard to tell without the source files (and a minimal example ;-)), I 
suppose.  And yet another occurence of "leave the tagline if you can" - 
which LilyPond version did you use?  Unfortunately, the corresponding 
PDF header has been swept away by pdftk.
