Hi Neil,

Looking through the MetronomeMark docs, I've been unable to figure  
out how to:
   1. Change the size of the note (in parentheses) without changing  
the rest of the font size; or,
   2. Indicate a range of tempos (e.g., "ca. 42-48").

If you could give me hints, I'd appreciate it!
