If the style property was available previously, better integrating it with  
the layout/context property system is not relevant to this countdown.  It  
is still something that seems to warrant attention.  It is possible  
that "style" would need to get renamed into something like "flag-style"  
or "note-style" (as "style" is too unspecific for a top-level property) and  
also be made part of text-interface or so.  And then one would probably  
override this text-specific note style at least in the ancient staffs.
