Regarding comment #2/#3
This is the same result as my local testing.

I'm perplexed, though.
I changed _two_ regtests: markup-note.ly _and_ markup-note-styles.ly
Both will now print different. But markup-note.ly is the only one shown.
markup-note-styles.ly _should_ pop up, too. It doesn't, I've no idea why  
not.
