Footnotes don't work as articulations on indirectly created grobs.

NR 3.2.3 should be amended to make this limitation clear.
Perhaps the best way is to show the two forms of the syntax
separately, one without [direction] and with [grob-name] and the
other with [direction] and without [grob-name].  And add a sentence
to the paragraph starting "If the footnote is to be attached to a  
post-event or articulation.." stating the limitation.
