Yes, I like this idea.  For now, I could move everything that I added
to scm/music-functions.scm there (namely, the engraver and a function
for the stencil).  I suppose I would then add the name of the file to
the definition of `init-scheme-files-body' in scm/lily.scm, though I'm
not sure about the ordering.
