Since at 2.14 or earlier, hairpins ending at line breaks are not closed, if  
we choose to-barline = ##f.

Preferably, they would be drawn in the same style as with to-barline = ##t,  
when they end at a line break.  LilyPond does this on the first line,  
unless there is a tempo or rehearsal mark.
