Follow-up Comment #1:

I've assigned myself this task, and set its status to "in progress".

Probably the actual uploading must be done by a project administrator, but i
can try and see what happens.  If i don't succeed, i will re-assign this back
to pitanga.

Aside from administrative issues, the most important thing is to have
something presentable to upload!  Towards this end, i've set the task
timeframe (start/end dates) to be march 2010.  I think it's a reasonable goal
to be able to get an alpha release out in three or four weeks.
