Here is the exact point where that file segfaults libredwg:

Program received signal SIGSEGV, Segmentation fault.
dwg_decode_handleref_with_code (dat=<value optimized out>, obj=<value optimized out>, dwg=<value optimized out>, code=4) at decode.c:2172
2172      if (ref->absolute_ref == 0 && ref->handleref.code != code)

perhaps ref is a null pointer?

Details:

I have a plan from my architect in DWG format. The libreDWG decoding suggests
that it is produced by AcDim ARX App For Dimension|Company:          Autodesk,
Inc.

Reading it with libreDWG testSVG from git on 9th feb 2010 (how does one refer
to a specific git version?) cause sa segfault. The output is too big to attach
(512K max upload size) so it's here:
