[libredwg] Google Summer of Code

We should think about proposals for libredwg, and aim at getting new 
contributors. I think that "DWG write support" would be a nice advanced 
level proposal. Maybe 2007 read support would be a good idea, but not 
enough work for 3 months.

The FSF has been accepted as a participating organization 
(http://www.gnu.org/software/soc-projects/ideas-2009.html). Considering 
that we are on the high priority projects list, we have good chances.
