[libextractor] libextractor binary for windows

Dear Christian Grothoff or Vids Samanta,

I downloaded libextractor from the download page but
did not succeed to run it because it requires many
DLLs that are not present in the package.

Could you please tell me how to obtain all the missing
DLLs ?
