Hi,

my change proposal compiles. (The cheat sheet was only for Git version.
The instructions in libcdio-0.93/README.libcdio worked fine for me.)

I created a (white noise) audio CD-RW with these text packs

   0 : 80 00 00 00  D  e  e  p  e  r     D  a  n  c  e 23 93
   1 : 80 00 01 0c 00  D  e  e  p  e  r     D  a  n  c 51 0b
   2 : 80 01 02 0b  e 00  T  h  e     H  u  n  t 00  H 88 92
   3 : 80 03 03 01  a  r  o  l  d  '  s     D  r  e  a cb be
   4 : 80 03 04 0d  m 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 04 73

With my change i get from cd-info:

CD-TEXT for Track  1:
        TITLE: Deeper Dance
        ...
CD-TEXT for Track  2:
        TITLE: The Hunt
        ...
CD-TEXT for Track  3:
        TITLE: Harold's Dream
        ...

Without my change i get what James, the bug reporter and performer gets:

CD-TEXT for Track  1:
        TITLE: The Hunt
        ...
CD-TEXT for Track  2:
        ...
CD-TEXT for Track  3:
        TITLE: Harold's Dream
        ...
