[Libcdio-devel] CD-Text Multi-language from greenleon

Leon Merten Lohse Multi-language CD-Text improvements have just been added
to the main/master branch of git. From Leon:

* All the api changes I wrote about.
* A lot of moving and renaming inside the CD-Text sources.
* A more or less rewritten parsing routine that does not rely on the PACKED
pragma and
does not use bitfields.
* cdtext_t now is really an opaque type, it's definition is in cdtext.c
* a lot of cd-text related code cleanup, especially in the win32 sources
* a new cdtext.cdt (stolen from Thomas and translated into a second
language)
* changed cd-info to display cd-text for all languages
