its working now however it sits there and hangs on the shell message  
screen around here

Jun 12 22:59:33 kubuntu jk_chrootsh[15495]: now entering jail /path/to/ 
chroot for user webuser (20003)

And doesnt come up with the bash prompt.

Not logging in correctly.

If i revert back to my jailkit 2.5 package

and re-enable

skip_injail_passwd_check=1
injail_shell=/bin/bash

I login ok.
