i deleted sites and users from the system and started again. Cant get  
jk_jailuser working yet.

Here is a sample of what it is right now but obviouslly not added to  
the chroot again yet

parentuser:x:20003:20003::/path/to/jail/./home/parentuser:/bin/false
webtest:x:20003:20003::/path/to/jail/./home/webtest:/bin/bash
