.101 has a lot of bugfixes, and Custos support (courtesy Juergen Reuter).

* Custodes (patch by Juergen Reuter), mods by hwn.

* Font initialisation and markup translation fixes. (99.jcn2)

* Remove staffspace calls. Removed markScriptPadding. Fixes some
problems with tuplet, brace and volta spanners.

* make Font_interface::font_alist_chain (), and use default font
settings. Fixes too large time sigs.
