[igraph] How to generate the sphinx doc of python-igraph?

What I want is to import the document of python-igraph into Dash.

I downloaded the source code from github.com, and get into the "/python-igraph-master/doc" directory, then try to generate the doc by "make html".

I did get the html files, but  the genindex.html is empty.

How to generate the sphinx doc of python-igraph?
