[igraph] Factions

This is a question about directed, complete graphs with signed or weighted 
edges.

If I have a an n*n matrix recording the love/hate that node i feels toward node 
j, is there a way to separate out factions of people who all like each other 
but hate everyone else? Like would be a love/hate value of >0, hate would be 
love/hate <0.
