[igraph] SageMathCloud + python-igraph

Hi,

Due to user demand, the python-ipgraph is now installed in all
SageMathCloud projects (https://cloud.sagemath.com).   This could be
useful to people who want to be able to try out python-igraph easily
online without having to install anything.      You can see a demo of
using it from a Sage Worksheet here, including how to display plots
(login currently still required to view this, unfortunately):
