Hello Tamas,

I also have a discrepancy in the results obtained from an older version of igraph and igraph 0.6. I was getting correct results with the older version of igraph, but with igraph 0.6, I am getting an entirely different graph and hence, entirely different results. Could it be because my graph is a multigraph?
