When I use igraph 0.5.5-4 to run the "spinglass.community" (parameters: spins=15 and gamma=1), I found that the output modularity score from this function was not equal to the modularity score outputted from "modularity" function. Because I set gamma as 1 in the "spinglass.community" function, the modularity scores from these two functions should be the same according to the original reference of spinglass method (

Moreover, when I use igraph 0.5.2-2 to run these two functions, the two modularity scores are the same. Thus, whether does the "spinglass.community" in igraph 0.5.5-4 has some problems?
