I can certainly make one for you; in fact I'm working on a "daily
snapshot" service. If you don't want to touch the igraph sources
themselves, then this approach might be good enough for you.

Another thing you might want to think about is to generate the
Mathematica bindings (or some of them at least) automatically. This is
important because there are a lot of quite similar igraph functions
and it is a tedious and boring work to write all the bindings to them
manually.
