I posted this question here after reading "On Power-Law Relationships
of the Internet Topology" by Faloutsos, Faloutsos and Faloutsos... but
I realize later that it is simply the rank versus the eigenvalues of
nodes in a log-log scale...
I think I don't need any scree plot function at all...
