[igraph] dyads and triads census

dear list,

it is common to see in software for social scientist like UCINET a  
dyad and a triad census functions, as specified in Wasserman Faust's  
Social Network Analysis, page 512 (dyad census) and page 564 (triad  
census).

I couldn't find them in igraph, so I was wondering, are you planning  
to include them in future release?
