Dear Oli,
The audio package has recently been added to the default Octave MS
Windows installer [1]. It will be part of
"octave-5.2.0_1-w64-installer.exe ", which is already available online
[2], but the release was not officially announced yet.
If you install Octave 5.2.0, the audio package is already part of Octave
and just need to be loaded:
pkg load audio
HTH,
Kai
