Can you please try to remove libfltk1.1-dev and install libfltk1.3-dev
and try again?

I think the error you see

"Die Umlagerung von /usr/local/lib/libfltk.a: error adding symbols:
Ungültiger Wert"

is in english something like "reallocation error adding symbols: bad value"
