I was able to confirm that those changes were included in the 2.2.1 package
but I am not seeing the improvement in performance of imdilate.
I have 3 versions of Octave that I can run tests with
3.6.1 mingw
3.7.2+ VS
3.8.0
The script I have spends most of its time in calls to imdilate so I was
expecting to see some improvements.
Will run some more tests this week.
